Root Bluetooth on cm12 based ROMs not sounding properly?

I noticed that when I connect my phone to my car's Bluetooth and play music the music stops and studders ? Also the song starts sounding like squeaky?

I've had the same problem. On CM12 while on data listening to Music I need to restart my music app for it to stop. I've tried it on multiple apps like Spotify and Bandcamp, both have the same problem. However. I do not use bluetooth.
