Help Bluetooth Problems Connecting to Win 7 Laptop

Bluetooth Peripheral Device Drivers required by the S5 don't seem to be available for Windows 7.
I can pair the S5 with my laptop but cannot use because device drivers need to be updated.
Microsoft says get them from Samsung.
Samsung says get them from Microsoft.

Any ideas?

Usually this means you don't have a Bluetooth driver or your Bluetooth driver is outdated.

I also tried installing the new Win 7 USB Drivers from the Samsung site and received ,'Device Driver Software was not successfully installed. Bluetooth Peripheral Device - X No Driver Found.' Error.
 
Driver issue resolved.

I downloaded the most recent Bluetooth Drivers from broadcom.com and it seems to be working now.

Many thanks to the user who posted a lengthy summary of how to fix this problem in the Microsoft Community Forum.

If you receive errors regarding Bluetooth Peripheral Device Drivers, search for 'bluetooth peripheral device driver for windows 7 64 bit sony vaio' in the Microsoft Community Forum before doing anything else. There is a lot of mis-information out there on Bluetooth Peripheral Device Driver issues.

It is an Intel CPU.

So you had to download and install the Broadcom OEM drivers for your particular PC. Yeh neither Samsung nor Microsoft can provide those.
