Bluetooth randomly turning on

I have three profiles that should be affecting my bluetooth.

• Bluetooth Off At Work - This turns my bluetooth off if my location is my office and my phone is plugged into AC
• Bluetooth On At Work - This turns bluetooth on at 4:25pm if I'm at work (The time of this is from 4:25pm to 7:00pm in case I leave later than usual)
• Bluetooth Off in Parking Deck - This turns my bluetooth off when I get to my office parking deck and plug my phone in to AC (basically when I get in my car it turns off bluetooth, turns on GPS and opens Waze)

The issue I am having is that during the day at work, if I unplug my phone, it turns bluetooth back on. I think it is reverting to its earlier state since if I manually turn bluetooth off, this doesn't happen anymore. I just can't figure out how to keep it from reverting to the earlier state if I unplug my phone.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

I've solved this issue. For the education of others, if you notice any settings reverting back to their earlier state, take a look at this info on Restore Settings.
