I have a S5 Neo Android 7.0 and my blue tooth headset is recognized as a keyboard. Functions normally for answering calls but can not voice activate a call while screen is locked.I have set smart lock to stay unlocked with a trusted device etc and tried different svoice settings to no avail. It's just a cheap Linke LKB-Co7 and it does work while screen is unlocked. It's not a huge deal as I don't make that many calls while driving but it is annoying.
