Bluetooth Stereo Headset w Highest Volume

I just ordered a Moto Atrix 4G; and want to use a B.T.Stereo Headset for both calls and music. I am very heard of hearing and need something with the highest volume possible. I can use ear-bud/in-the-ear types, and I'd like to be able to wear it wheeling down the street or use at home or in the office for relatively long periods of time.

• I've tried the Jabra BT 620 Stereo headset, (on-the-ear)
  Nice light-weight set but NOT loud enough.
  
  
• The Behind the (single ear) ear Jabra BT 500 soft-tips go (In-the-Ear)
  This IS nearly load enough, but I need it to be in both ears, stereo if possible. My best results are the, In-the-Ear or Over-the Ear types, they seems to give me the loudest sound * most volume.

So, what are the best Blue-Tooth Stereo Headsets out there, with the best volume -- for a hearing impaired person? How hearing impaired am I? I can't use a telephone using the "Normal" earpiece only the speaker-phone will give me enough volume, if NOT the privacy.
