My bluetooth connects/pairs with my jeep but when I play music. It sounds like a skipping CD and plays the music faster than normal? Any other bluetooth device it works fine on. My wife's iPhone works just fine with connection in jeep as well

Perhaps an update of the Jeep's radio software would set things right. It might be a communication problem between radio and Android 10. That's where I would look first being as your Note 10 communicates with other BT devices.
