I hope someone can help:
I have tried repeatedly to link my HTC Magic to my camera, PC and daughters phone with no success. After going thru' the whole process on my HTC and the other device the message I get is: "paired but not connected".
I have read that, with Android, the phone will have to be rooted before full bluetooth function is available - is this so? I don't understand what rooting is or why it needs to be done but I understand that it can be a risky business and can render your phone unusable?
Are there any apps out there that can get around the bluetooth issue?
