Blurred screen straight after unlocking

Is this a marshmallow feature or is there something slowing it down? Basically after I unlocked the screen its blurred for a second then goes to normal it kind of does my eyes in for that second
 
Yeah I got it thurs but I've only just started using it today as I was waiting for my number to be swapped from a different network.
