Blurry Album Artwork

I use the standard Music application (Version 4.70.14) apart of Android version 6.0 on my LG V10 and sync it to windows computer through Windows Media Player. This sync results in almost all of my spectacular album artwork looking awful and pixelated. The size of the images I select is not the issue (I use nothing smaller than 600x600). Is there a way to fix this problem? Would using a different music player on my phone and/or computer possibly fix this dilema? Any information/tips are appreciated. Thanks.

My album art looks great with the stock app as well as the Google Play app. Just as a shot in the dark, I would clear all data under the stock app and see if it rebuilds the cover art in HD.

I've tried that once before. It didn't work, but I'll give it another shot.
