Is a Blutooth connection in a Nextbook 8 (2013) with Android 4.1.1 OS settings - SD 4 GB card

Android Question - does a Nextbook 8 (2013) tablet with android 4.1.1 os have an internal setting for a Blutooth connection to a tablet/keyboard combo? If not, how do get an app to connect the two?
 
Well does it have a bluetooth function in the first place? If it does connecting a keyboard should work fine using that. If it doesn't, no app can help you.
