Do you have a pic or pics you can post showing all of the items unopened (wall/usb charger, battery,etc...) and with the screen protector on the phone? It might help with the Thunderbolt.
 
If I saw pics of the items unopened, then that would confirm that it has been unopened, therefore I was going to get in contact with him about purchasing the phone. But since you're his agent, maybe I need to talk to you. Or you should concetrate on selling your own phone. Cheers friend.. :)
