BOGOs???

So, knowing that mine and my wife's OG Droids would be eligible for upgrades in early October, I started doing my research into new VZW phones in early September. It seemed that, during September, they had at least 2 phones on Buy One Get One Free every week. The D3, X2, and Charge were all on there at some point.

However now that October, and our upgrade, has come there are no BOGOs. My wife is getting itchy to upgrade because her Droid is getting more and more buggy (as is mine), but I would absolutely kick myself if I went and dropped a few hundred on new phones, only for the same or comparable phones to come up BOGO a few weeks after.

With all of that being said, I know that many on here seem to have their fingers on the pulse of the whole wireless shebang. Any rumors on when Verizon will be coming out with some new BOGO offers on Android phones?
 
The holiday season is right around the corner. I'm sure in a few weeks you'll be getting more deals and sales than you can shake a stick at.
 
I too am waiting for some kind of deal. My plan has been eligible for upgrade since august, but there's no way in hell I'm spending over $400 for me and the girlfriend to upgrade our phones.

When we bought these (Droid 1 and Eris) it was $100 for both at upgrade price. Since it looks like Verizon will never have anything that good again, I might be stuck with this Droid for another few years yet.
 
We went in and talked to a Verizon sales rep the other day. He said that their current pricing sheet doesn't show any discounts through the end of the month, however he expects it to change in the middle of the month.

However, I just checked and Costco.com has the Stratosphere for $30/each on a 2 year upgrade... I don't know that even a BOGO at Verizon could beat that. Time for a little research on the Strat!
 
they usually do BOGO's to clear old stock to make room for new and just this month alone you have the droid razr, galaxy nexus, and rezound coming out. i think you're only a few weeks away from seeing a BOGO on the Incredible 2 or the Droid X2 or something. just my $0.02
