boost mobile communithy website

what is up with the boost mobile community site. they made it read only and cannont access any private mail which has the info i need....

really irritating!!!! is there a email address to contact support?

On the community site they say to use:

Does using the Boost My Account or My Boost App work?

Their support number is 1-866-402-7366, didn't see and email.
