Yes it will work with 4g/4g lte if Boost has it in your area.

You would also need to flash it over to boost and would need a donor phone, its not worth it. Sell the Sprint S3 and buy the Boost version.

Most donor phones are 3g phones. As far as boost knows, you only have a 3g phone, not a 4g phone. So no, you will not get 4g. I've been told that even if you use a 4G LTE donor phone, it still will not be able get 4g.

yea to my knowledge the lte sim info cant be hacked like the cdma meid, i have been out of the loop for a little while on the subject, but im pretty sure you will only ever get 3g

I'm not sure you'd get lte like others said but you'd need cdma workshop. I'd check xda
