Boost Mobile Insurance Program

Does anyone know how this works?

Ive had my Zte warp sequent for about 7 months now. The screen cracked and my phone is now unusable. If I go ahead and get the insurance, would boost replace the phone?

I talked with a rep from boost and he said they would. I'm just not sure.

Thanks

I figured you would of had to have the insurance since you first bought the phone, not 7 months after. But if the Boost rep told you they would, I'd run with it. Just remember you'll have to pay a $100 deductible. Or whatever your insurance plan says. But still, sounds like a good deal.

You've only got 15 days to add insurance. It used to be 30 days but I believe they modified that. Your phone is 7 months old, under no condition is it eligible for insurance. =[

I'd you've already got it however, you'll just pay your deductible.

I've never heard of a company allowing you to add insurance after something was damaged. You must have it before the damage occurs.

I'd be wary of that rep.
