Root Boost Mobile LG Realm: LGLS620 Rooted Issues

Hey everyone Eddie here. New member as well and long time fan of Android since its early days. I own a rooted LGLS620 phone from Boost Mobile (aka LG Realm) and it was fine up until the point when Settings began having issues. The error code that comes up is:

Unfortunately Settings has stopped.

I have tried everything to clear off the problem including factory reset but nothing was resolved. The root still remained obviously but I guess a tiny part of me hoped it would revert back to stock Android so I could start over. Now even the Message app takes a while to load and goes black before loading completely and working as normal. LG Backup app that came pre-installed does not open anymore. And since I cannot access my settings I cannot do anything from within the OS.

I do have a program installed on my PC ready to go to revert my phone back to stock and hope to clear all issues. I do admit that these issues are of my own doing seeing as I probably uninstalled an app that affected settings. And I can do nothing about that now unless I go back to stock android and hope it reverts back to normal.

The only issue now that I have is that I need stock firmware for my phone model in order for the PC program called LGFlashTool to revert my phone back to stock. I have looked everywhere and it seems hard to find. If you guys can help me out I would greatly appreciate it. If I missed anything just ask. Thanks.

Wow, I just looked around and couldn't find the firmware either.
However, I found this thread:
100% Tested method to Download Any LG Android Stock Firmware. - GSM-Forum
and tested it on my LG device...it gave me the link to my latest firmware and it started downloading it.

Now, I don't know where the download it coming from...it just starts downloading and tells me it's going to take about 30 minutes to download, so I cancelled the download.
So, that being said, proceed at your own risk.
It's the only thing I've found so far for your device :dontknow:
 
Thanks for your help. I tried it just now and it seems that my device does not have current firmwares. No link pops up. This is disappointing. The phone works just fine all it needs is a nice refresh in its OS and I do not want to buy a new phone.

It is not safe to install other LG model firmwares right? I tried one from another model but it will not go through when using FlashTool.
 
It works fine besides that. Settings app does not open no matter what I do to access it so therefore affects Message app by slowing it down before allowing for it to work. And I cannot delete data cache in Settings since it is greyed out.
 
It was actually through the phone itself. I used an app called towlieroot or something like that to root. Maybe that is the culprit?
 
Having similar problems wit my lg realm but now all it does is come on and stay on the android start up page. Even wen I hard rest it nothing happened. Help me out.
 
I still have found no solution to this problem. I am still researching online in hopes of finding some way to clean up my phone and revert back to stock. Is there a method I am not aware of that you guys may know of. Thanks.
 
I found the .dll file for my phone but not the .tot file I need to revert the phone back to stock. I will update once I can for those with future problems.
 
Through a different message board where they provide it based on models. However it isn't exactly free. Depending if I am allowed to post files here or not I can provide those in need with easy access so they themselves can access it as well. I will see what permissions I have and repost once I do.
 
^ Wondering if you had an update possibly. I can't find the TOT anywhere. I am willing to pay as long as it's verifiable and trusted. Just not interested in purchasing a new phone because mines currently a brick. Maybe even a site link to where you found it if possible. You can even pm me if that's easier. Thank you in advance.
 
Thank you for your help. I am at work currently and don't want to access those sites from my employers IP. Ill do it when I get home tonight. Thank you again.
 
I have found the .TOT file (after paying $10). Now I need the .DLL file. Same site is now wanting $10 for that one. I'd be willing to trade one for the other if anyone out there is interested...
 
Was wondering if anyone might be able to make me a twrp system and boot backup of the realm and post me a link. I bootlooped a friend's realm with no backup. Pleeeeeeese.
