So I've haven't updated my PRL for my boost mobile galaxy s3 in a while and I'm not sure but last time I checked PRL effects your signal connection? I live in Florida, Fort Lauderdale and I'm honestly so clueless on which PRL to pick and how to manually replace it. Can anyone help which PRL to use that will help my connection have a better range? I know its a trial and error thing at times. But thanks if you can help 
(Also the rom I have doesn't allow me to update anything within settings so thats why I'm asking here)
