I am trying to use my phone as a hot spot it is rooted. I am trying to connect to my Samsung galaxy 10.1 Tablet and I spent hours to get it to work. Help please!!!

If your mobile carrier doesn't support tethering you won't be able to tether from your phone to another device.
If you find your service provider from the following link there should be their tethering policy stickied at the top of the page.

I don't think boost has it but the same phone with sprint has it. Is there anyway to get it?
