Boost Zte Max Please help me fix my phone

I rooted my boost zte max. I factory restored it but now I'm unable to sync my contacts or even manually save contacts. Missing my contact sync apk. Anyway to fix this i am stuck?? I've tried everything. Please help. I have no contacts nor the stock camera. I've tried everything and I can't afford a new phone. I'm frustrated with this phone I can't figure out how to upgrade it to a better android it's running 4.1 and unless i root it again which now I'm afraid to do i can't even move most files to the 64gb sd card i have in it. Really wish I had a phone genius to help me out I'm completely stuck

What method did you use to root? Do you have a nandroid backup you can restore?

Unfortunately I messed up and phone was factory restored than hard reset so my contacts contacts sync calculator calendar calendar sync those apks will not install I've tried everything andI have no idea where to go from here so I really need some help

I even show those apk files on my phone but when I try to install them with the apk installer they will not install
