Help Boostmobile logo replaced notifications on lockscreen

I recently updated my Samsung Galaxy S5 from Boostmobile, and now my notifications bar has been replaced with their logo. Whenever I get a text, tweet, or any notification, it used to populate on the left corner side of the screen. Now it's just the logo, and it's driving me nuts. Can anyone help me fix this, removing the logo and getting my notifications back? Let me know! See a screenshot below.

If that's Lollipop, those notifications should appear below the time if you have them. They still appear up there when your phone is unlocked though (this is based on my experience with Lollipop on my 2012 Nexus 7 and via a custom ROM on my Boost S3)
