Greetings.
Since yesterday, the kernel panic upload mode has been showing up very very frequently, it did come up in the past but a reset solved it and everything was just fine. This time it showed up when I turned it off, or it showed up after a few moments of being booted up. I couldnt go to a web page or write back on messenger before the screen showed up. So I looked online on my notebook, for some help. One of the solutions said that I should wipe my cache through recovery mode. I did that but it only raised more problems. After rebooting a blank screen came up after manufacturer logos, with a window saying that android is upgrading, at first it actually said how many apps are being optimized etc, but now its just starting apps and no progress whatsoever is being shown, and its been like this for hours. Googling more reveals that I should reset my tablet, or, wipe the cache. Wiping the cache causes a boot loop, so I am stuck at the Samsung logo. Reseting does not help. Cache wiping when at the boot loop issue goes back to android being upgraded... I did look online for solutions already. however most of them are telling you to do a factory reset. Other than that I couldnt find anything and also some people said even after a factory reset their phone or tablet is still not working. So I am asking here to see if there is anything I could do, other than deleting all my stuff. Also scared that f. resetting wont lead anywhere. I tried to use kies for Samsung devices, but for that you actually need to turn your device on, which I cant. Id be glad if I could atleast get the device running in safe mode, but I cant do even that.
Any guides or advices? Sorry for the long post but I had to write down everything that happened so I dont have anyone tell me to google or point toward something I already tried.
