Help Boot Loop - Hard Reset doesn't work

I have an Alcatel A564C stuck in a boot loop. Several times, I have tried clearing the cache and also performing a factory default reset, followed by a reboot. Doesn't work, still stuck in the boot loop. Is there anything else I can try? :(
