Help Boot Loop Help

Somebody please help my phone is stuck in a boot loop and recovery mode doesn't show up when I hold in the buttons. I've tried removing the battery and I've also tried everything else I've found while searching the internet for a solution but nothing seems to work. Any suggestions?

Late here, but is/was your Event rooted? If it was, I'm guessing you went crazy with some options with a system tweaker like Andromizer or Pimp my ROM. I went crazy with Pimp my ROM last Sept. on a Rise (mostly kernel tweaks), and the phone boot looped, prompting me to replace it with an Event.
