Root Boot loop if not plugged into my PC

Hi everyone. I'm new to the forums here and I was having a problem with a boot loop issue. I've tried flashing a couple different roms and i'm having the same issue with them all. My spec works fine with the new rom until I unplug from my PC. Then it starts going into bootloop. If i plug it back into the PC, it works fine again. I dont have any bootloop issues running stock and was just wondering if anyone else has run into this. Thanks in advance.

Just an update. The nindroid rom has been running smoothly for the last 2 hours. I'm not sure what stopped the bootloops, but it seems to be stable at the moment.
