Boot not working

hey,

My boyfriends phone, vernee m5, that as less than 6 months, turn off out of the blue, and when I tried to turn it on, the screen would only show the blacklight. Later, we tried to get the boot mode (volume up+power), and it worked, but when we tried to choose one of the options(fast boot, normal boot, recovery), it did not work. The screen would just show the backlight and turn himself of, and on again, in this loop...
We also tried to connect it with the computer, but nothing..
Any one that knows what can I do?

You could try and clear the system cache partition (start up into Boot Mode, select Recovery, and then 'wipe cache partition')-- see link below

but I tend to doubt is will help in this instance. Can't hurt to try though, wiping the system cache has no relevance to any stored, personal data.
Outside of that, don't know much about Vernee phones. If he got it six months ago, hopefully it's still covered by some kind of warranty?

The problem is that when I click on recovery, the phone just turns off...
