boot problem

hi

a friend of mine forgot her password on her acer iconia tab tablet.
when trying to restore to factory reset, i think that i made a mistake, and i have in a firste time the android guy with a red exlamation point. when restarting in reset mode, i get: unrecoverable bootlaoder error ...
and the tablet is blocked in the iconia tab screen

a solution please ?

You need to reinstall the firmware.
