Booting Bliss

I have a USB drive connected to a Windows Thinkpad. Linux Mint 20 is on sdb1 which is boot. I have Bliss installed on another partition with its own grub. How can I add Bliss to the boot grub menu on the Mint drive?

I've not had to do this in a long time(15 years). However this page covers editing and configuring your Linux GRUB boot menu.
