My problem is same volume up key not working while unlocking bootloader but volume down key is working

Is the same as what? What device do you have (since these things depend on the device)?

My device is qmobile and model number is qmobile s6s
I was trying to unlock my mobile bootloader by using cmd
When i put command fastboot oem unlock it show that
Press volume up to unlock & volume down to cancel
My volume up key doesn't work when i press volume down it goes again into fastboot

Yes my volume key work normally but in fastboot it doesn't work
