bootloader unlock moto c plus

i tried, every procedure for unlock bootloader on moto c pus. giving error "FAILED(remote:unknown commond)"in adb terminal commond "fastboot oem get_unlock_data"
adb &USB drivers are well, detecting the device fastboot serial number, "fastboot devices, fastboot reboot, adb devices, adb reboot bootloader" ....these commands are working but when i tried "fastboot oem get_unlock_data" for getting my device id , giving error "FAILED(remote:unknown commond)"......
please help me how to solve this!!!!

Have you checked with the Motorola site to see if unlocking the bootloader is allowed.

my device is not listed, but i need to unlock bootloader, how i can unlock bootloader

Your fastboot command looks correct. Only thing that I can think of would be to check in Developer Options to see if you have OEM Unlock enabled.

OEM unlock & usb debugging both are enabled in developer option... but giving same error, FAILED(remote:unknown command).....
