Root Bootloop after flashing back to stop, factory reset not working?

Hi Guys, I just flashed back to stock and the phone keeps booting with the LG logo... I read somewhere you have to do a factory reset, if I am not wrong I have to hold vol- and power keys but it does not seem to work, same thing, the phone reboots every time. Am I missing something?

I just tried something posted by Zlaja84:

OK, I just found out a solution by myself. Thought of sharing if anyone gets into the same trouble:

1) Turn on the phone and connect it to your PC/laptop
2) While phone bootloops, open un command prompt on pc and type, one line at the time:
adb shell
reboot recovery
This will reboot phone in recovery mode.
3) From there, delete data and cache, and reboot
4) You're done!

The problem I am having is that whenever I type adb shell it says the device is offline....

nevermind, I was missing the part where you have to hold the power key a second time once the LG logo appears
