Brand New S7 Edge phone Seal missing From Samsung

Hi All , After placing my direct order from Samsung.com , and waiting about 20 days for the phone to be delivered to me becasue it was out of stock , Finally I received the Galaxy S7 Edge Unlocked ( US Version ) ... but there is a huge probem ( something really fishy ) ... the Package has NO SEAL whatsoever ... you can slide the phone out of the package without any Seal ... I don't know how it's possible ... does Samsung Not seal their stuff anymore ? I want to contact them and get a replacement ... anyways I'm so disappointed ... Please guys help me
 
If it came new directly from Samsung, and not a third-party vendor, I definitely think it should have been sealed. So take it up with them probably.

AFAIK Samsung definitely seals their phone packaging. And if it's already been opened or tampered with, you should see "VOID" on it.

Thanks ... Direct Order From Samsung.com ( U.S ) , the phone was shipped from their distribution center in U.S ... No third party involved whatsoever ... and the phone has No Seal ... I don't see a Void Seal either ... it has no seal around it ... just like a box that you can simply remove the phone !!!

Dont muck about mate, send it back and get them to tell you why this happened. You dont know if someones swapped out the phone etc.

received my s7 edge last week from samsung.com; same here- no seal at all. returning it...
 
I'm in the Uk.

I bought my s7 edge from a Samsung Store.

It was sealed.

I agree with the others that it wouldn't be my choice to accept a unit unsealed.
