I've been doing tech support for the last 4 years, but never had to deal with an Android device. Now I have a genuine, full-time job with benefits and everything, so my tech support days are over.
I have a shiny new 10-inch Ematic eGlide XL Pro: Android 4.0.3, Kernel 3.0.8+, build number EM4.0.1
I am going to root and hack the little sucker to install Google Play. Hope I don't brick it. If I do, I hope the "reset to default" option works.
Right now I'm wishing I'd bought a Galaxy....
