Help Bravo Resetting Itself

I have a motorola bravo it is on att network. I just bought it back in dec of 2010 anyways it resets itself without no one around it and even when i am talking on it. I have since had att send me a replacement and guess what it doing the same thing. It just turns itself off and back on. Can anyone help with this?

I have never heard of that problem with the bravo but it made me think of a problem i had with another motorola phone a couple of years ago. I think it was caused by the phone switching back and forth between edge and 3g network, at my house the signal was constantly switching and would cause the phone to lock up and reset. My bravo however does not do this.
