Help bricked kindle fire not recognized by fastboot

hi everyone.please help me here

a few days ago I tried to install CM on my KFHD7 using a tutorial on youtube. In the end of the process when I restarted my device from twrp, instead of cyanogen mod , my stock os came up. so I got into twrp again to restore my latest back up. when it finished it restarted and stuck into bootloop.

I made a fastboot cable and it took my device into fastboot mode.

but in the cmd in my pc when I type fastboot commands, all I get is <waiting for device>

in device manager my kindle is shown as tate-08-pv

i tried to update drivers but it didn't work

I don't know what to do anymore . I almost tried everything I've found online . please help me

Well.... You can just power off the kindle and back on like normal and it should be on the stock os. Do you know the link you got the ROM from??? How long did it take to flash.
