Help Bricked SmartTab 10.1?

I have this tablet unfortunately can't find much information on it and can't turn it on to give more advanced information. I plugged in the charger it came with while the micro USB was still plugged in as well. Not sure if that some how fried the board or what but any suggestions would help. All I can provide is what's on the box:
6.0 marshmallow
64 bit, Intel quad core
1gb ram
32 internal storage

Designed & distributed by southern telecom Inc and above the UPC is ST1009X

Seems there is a reset hole on the side you may have to try

Yeah, I tried that already. Thought for sure that would be the solution. Thank you so much for taking the time to research that though.
