Root BRICKED.

I recently rooted my LG G Stylo using the one touch root. It was my first time owning an android phone so i didn't know much about it. It worked fine for a couple of days but one day i restated my phone but it did not come back on. so now when i turn on the phone i get the LG logo and then it says " SECURITY ERROR'' ''Authentication fail #9'' when i try to factory reset it goes right back to the same screen. i can not put the phone into any other mode i have tried it all but nothing works. when i connect my phone to my PC it does not detect it at all it just acts as if its going to charge then goes back to the error screen. If there is anyone who can help me or atleast give me some idea please let me know. Thank You Very Much.

Kdz back to stock root with one click go to dev options check USB debugging and oem unlock THEN use flashify to flash recovery

It might be easier to d/l katana on a pc and put it on your phones sd card , then boot to recovery with the key combination method and install that rom. It is a custom based stock ROM with all the bells and whistles done for you.

I have tried putting in the combination codes but i can not get into recovery mode it just dispalys the lg logo and says authentication fail #9

I have tried it but nothing happens it goes back to the error code. the only thing i can do is get to the factory reset screen but when i try to do that it goes back to the error screen

Download the kdz for lg g stylo and the lg kdz flash tool both on windows pc then turn the phone of if it isn't already then plug it into the pc while holding the volume up button it should put you in download mode use the tool cse flash the kdz file ("cse" is a full reset and restore option) then reroot using the one click tool then flash twrp using flashify app and you should be good to go

Their is this to try before a total kdz recovery. It is worth a shot and tick the boot lock in developer options.

Or you will have to start from scratch.

i was finally able to fix my phone i got it to go into download mode thank all of you
