broadband wireless internet cards

It is me again,

I was just wondering who has the best internet cards ( Price Plans, Usage, and committment period). I looked at comcast bc i have home internet, Phone service. But i dont want to get that bill any higher LOL.
Any comments or suggestions would be apprecated .
