broke camera lens, now what?

First, thanks for all the info here. I read this forum a lot last summer when I got my HTC Incredible on Verizon. It's worked great and it's perfect for me and I am in no rush to replace it (and not eligibile for upgrade), which is why I was bummed when I dropped it yesterday and shattered the camera lens on the back. There was no other damage. Phone works fine except that it takes really crappy pictures and video now, and I like being able to send pics to my friends and what not like Weiner did (jk kind of). So, what would you do:

1) Get my Incredible repaired (not sure how much that would be or if it's possible, but there is a well-rated (on yelp) phone repair place near my office)?

2) Buy a replacement/reconditioned Incredible?

3) Buy some other new android phone (prob doesn't make sense since I'm not eligibile for upgrade since I upgraded last summer to the Incredible)

I have to run to a meeting but will be around later. Thanks in advance for your input.

Thanks, that's very helpful to know that the part is only $8 when I price repairs. I suck at DIY and am happy to pay someone to do it well and quickly, so assuming nothing under the lens is damaged, this is very helpful info.

If you order that lens replacement only, you should have no trouble doing it yourself; it is just a matter of pulling the other one off and attaching that one.

I just had to buy a new Incredible from someone on Craigslist (mine fell in the dogs waterbowl :( ) and my boyfriend had to do the "transaction" for me. After he bought it he realized the lens was cracked, but doesn't effect pictures. My first incredible did this too. But now it looks like I might be able to make it all better! :)
