Hi,
I have a rooted lg l70 d320n 4.4.2 kitkat, i pugged it into a soundboard and it cut my phone off, when i restarted, i plugged my headphones in. The left headphone had sound but quietly, the right one had static and like a bassy pop timed every second. I want my sound back kuz i use this phone for misoc :'(.
Plz help me

Btw i have posted it on the lg l70 fourm but i need an answer ergent and no one visits that four much

So the phone went dead/cut-off when you plugged it into the soundboard, and the audio hasn't been correct since? That sounds like something in the soundboard might have damaged the phone's audio circuit and headphone amp. If so it would have to be professionally repaired, by LG most likely.

I'd also be concerned about the soundboard itself if it's damaging phones like that. Could be a fault in it that's putting damaging voltages into headphone jacks, or maybe a short circuit.

My phone has been the first to be damaged by that board, all the others have worked fine. Btw the cord was a 3.5mm jack to xlr if it helps. Just wondering if it could have been a power surge. Sound is working fully in left earpice and you can hear it in the right but only gust, other than that in the right earpice is choppy sound and bass pops. Could something els possibly happend that could be easier to fix because.i only bought the phone just over a month ago and dont wanna spend money. How much would it cost in new zealand to get it fixed? Btw, the phone is rooted so i dunno if lg will fix it, also i installed a beats audio driver from a htc phone onto it, doubt thata the problem as i installed the driver 3 weeks before this happend
