Broken photos in Sony Xperia Z3

Hi.
Few days ago I have been snapping pictures with my Sony Xperia Z3 whole day. It got overheated and battery level droped very low. -_-I were also refilling it with power bank so I had been able to take more pictures. :/
In the middle of that day I also opened most of the pics to look for best of them and delete the bad ones. Then were just fine. :)
But next day I noticed that those pictures first lost the quality and sharpness and later they have just broke. :o
I got this broken picture thumbnail and also the big photo is the same. :@
I really want to recover those photos so I have been searching in net for the solutions but none of them worked. I tried various of free programs like recuva, zarx and other I cant recall the names. But all were the same. :( When I puted in my computer my SD card (on which are photos) it just recovered some deleted ones, not the broken. So they have been no use to me. :/ Also some other programs for directly saving media from phone wanted it to be rooted which I don't wnna do, because it could demaged even more photos. So, no thank you. -_-
And I know wht you think - it could be wrong SD card or broken or whatever. But is not. :p Because until that day, when I was taking pic normally, not hundreds in a day and with overheated phone, everything worked fine. Plus I also have some apps and music and other stuff on it and everything is working fine. Just pics of that day not. :'(
So if something similar happened to you and you know the solution or something, could you please tell me? That day was really important to me :(

Ps: Sorry for my bad English. It isn't my native language. I'm just hoping that you will still understand it and help. :)
