Hi guys.
I bought my 32 gb Nexus 5 on December from Google Play Store. Last week I noticed that 1 of every 5 times I pressed the power button for sleep/awake it acted like I had pressed it twice very fast. For example, if the screen was off and I pressed the power button, the screen went on and off again very quickly.The same if the screen was on.
Last monday I was going to use my phone and I noticed it was off, so I just turned it back on. The whole day it went off maybe 8 times. Yesterday it was worse, I could not use my phone so I had to take off the SIM card and use a spare Atrix HD I had.
Should I contact Google directly or is there something I should try first? This happens with or without case (I used a Spigen Case). Someone told me to try applying contact cleaner on the power button but I don't want to do anything that may cause me to lose my warranty. Please give me your advices.
