My husband ran over his Note 3. The phone still works (we can hear the message alert noises, the wifi light blinks and the menu and back buttons on the bottom light up).
I saved his photos but he really needs his contact and message info. I tried the Kies3 program but it only saved the pictures.
I tried the dr fone download but it won't run.
We cannot see the screen to apply the debugging feature. The phone IS recognized when plugged into the laptop via usb.
Just trying to save the 200 bucks the repair places want to charge, especially since he already has a new phone.
Any suggestions?
