Help Broken Screen, transfer old data to new phone.

The screen on my Nexus 5 (5.0.2) failed on me and I now have a Galaxy Alpha (4.4.4). Is there a way to get all my old data off the Nexus (Texts, Pictures, Documents, Call Logs, etc.) and transfer it to the new device? I know my apps and such will transfer with google account sync but I had other notes and such saved that I would like to get back.

Depends on what apps you used. Notes on Keep for example will sync no problem.
