Help Broken Video File - Please help!

Hey guys, I have a HTC One X running CyanogenMod Android 4.2.2, and I was filming something earlier today when my phone ran out of power. I can see the video file/thumbnail in my Gallery and in the File Browser, if I connect my phone to my PC, but I still can't play it back.

There are actually two files:

  • VID_20130824_131258.3gp (0 KB)
  • VID_20130824_131258.3gp.tmp (3.850.391 KB)

How can I combine/fix theese files so I can watch the video?
Please help and thanks in advance! Have a nice day :D

Assuming the file was closed properly, you just need to delete the empty file and then rename the big file by removing the .tmp from the end

Well, the problem is that I think the file was not properly closed, and I was wondering if there's any way to do this? Playing the file in WMP results in a codec issue and when I open it in VLC nothing really happens...
