Broken Whatsapp

I've uninstall my whatsapp but when i tried to reinstall it, it crashs at profile info, it keep sending me notifications, when i contact them they said the problem is at the phone's setting but i really don't know what's wrong help plz

Hi, you could go into app in settings folder then select what's app and clear cache. Then try it. :thumbup:
