I spent 3 hours with a Samsung tech who concluded my Galaxy S5 needed to be replaced. The reason is that S voice does not work.
I have surfed and it seems it is a common problem.
Before I lose the phone for 12 days(business) is S voice an known issue or is my phone one that should be sent back for a refurb?
