browser not working

[Android Question]

Hi
I have a samsung galaxy ace GT S5830i android version gingerbread 2.3.6.
All the apps work, google maps, Whatsapp, Outlook, everything except the brower
won't connect to the internet, i just get the 'web page not available'
It happens on my wifi, public wifi, and everywhere else so is not a router problem.
I have tried downloading other browsers, eg dolphin, but still the same.
any ideas please?

Have you tried installing Google Chrome Browser. See if that helps you out.

Also, what websites are you trying to view?

You should probably first try clearing data and cache for your web browser. Settings -> Applications -> Manage Applications -> Browser; there are buttons there to clear data and cache.

You could try a variety of other browsers. I'm a fan of Opera Mini and Naked Browser.
