Browser Sign-in method for adding Google Accounts in Android

Hello All,

Android 3 and 4 have a new option that allows the user to add new a Google Account to the phone by using the Browser Sign-In. The option is available when you try to add a new Google Account to Android (see screenshot).

Has anyone used Browser Sign-In with SAML based Single Sign-On? It is not working with our SAML setup.

We have resolved this issue. The issue was on our SAML instance, it had a invalid intermediary cert. Once that was fixed, Browser Sign-In works like a charm!

If you use SAML based SSO on your Google Apps domain, you should try out the Browser Sign-In. You will be very pleased with the ease of use, and the ease of adding Google Accounts to the Android devices.
