Budget planner

Hello. Can anyone suggest a good budget planner. Pref one that also works on pc and phone , indontmind paying for a good one.

I currently us msmoney but hate puttingng the pc on for just that.

I want to see a running balance through the month as I have multiple account and have to juggle money between them also like to see where I will be at the end of the money.

Any suggestions?

Mint is a good one, it has been quite a while since I used it though and that may have changed.
