buffer during pause

I haven't been able to find a site that allows videos to buffer while paused. I'm beginning to think Android doesn't allow this. Any else experience this or have a solution.

It's not the site that allows it, its the video program on the phone.

Are there any browsers that support this feature? I've tried skyfire and dolphin

Again, its the video program that does this, NOT the website or the browser. The problem is the stock android player doesnt allow you to buffer when paused.

Do you mean flash 10.1's video program doesn't have this feature. Is there an alternative to flash that uses a different video program. Or a way to change the OS default program.
